Goods are exchanged or returned in accordance with Article 6.362 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania (Exchange and return of items) and the resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania on the approval of retail trade rules.

The buyer of Vilterus.lt has the right, within 14 days from the day of receipt, to return the product if it has not been used.

The cost of returning the product must be borne by the Buyer.

We undertake to replace goods of inadequate quality or refund the money paid for them, if the goods are of inadequate quality due to the manufacturer's or seller's fault, and if the defects are found to have occurred through no fault of the buyer.

The product must be returned in its original packaging. The invoice and order number must be presented when returning.

After receiving the returned product and assessing its quality, the Seller will refund the Buyer the money for the product (excluding transportation costs) within 14 days of returning the product.

Damaged shipment:

1. Check the quality of the parcel delivered to your home in the presence of the courier. If you notice that it has irregularities:

1.1 tell the courier who delivered the goods about it;

1.2 in the delivery document of the shipment, note that the package has damages and together with the courier, fill out the Package Damages (Inspection) Act;

1.3 check the goods inside the packages and, if they are damaged, record the damage in photos. Photos will be required for the return procedure;

1.4 if the package is not damaged, there is no need to check the goods in the presence of the courier.

1.5 if you accept the shipment and sign the documents, the shipment is considered to have been delivered in good order.

Return of goods of inappropriate quality:

1. The buyer who wants to file a complaint about a defective or incomplete product can do so by e-mail info@vilterus.lt.

2. When submitting a complaint, the buyer must provide the following information:

2.1 order or invoice number;

2.2 name the signs of a defect or a missing part of the Product; provide other evidence (for example, a photo of the defective product).

3. When submitting a complaint, the buyer must specify how he wishes the claim to be resolved:

3.1 the defective item is requested to be replaced with a quality item;

3.2 the incomplete product is requested to be supplemented with missing parts;

3.3 the money paid is requested to be returned.
