  • Pick up the parcel at a time convenient for you at the Itella LLC, Omniva, LP EXPRESS or DPD Lietuva UAB parcel post machine of your choice.
  • Parcels to "Itella LLC", "Omniva", "LP EXPRESS" or UAB "DPD Lietuva" parcel post machines are delivered within 2-4 days
  • Mailboxes for parcels are open 24 hours a day. per day, 7 days per week. The recipient can come to pick up the package any day, at any time of the day. Your parcel is stored in the post machine for 7 days. If you do not pick up the package during the entire storage period, it will be returned to the sender.

  • The courier will deliver the goods to you within 2-4 working days on the territory of Lithuania.
  • Itella the courier will deliver the package to your chosen address.
  • You will be informed about the expected delivery time of the shipment and the shipment number by SMS message or e-mail. by post
  • During the delivery of the goods, upon request by the courier, you will have to show a document confirming your identity.
  • If you notice damage to the package while receiving the package, immediately report it to the courier who delivered the package and write a package damage report.

After receiving the ordered product and signing the shipment document without comments, it is considered that the shipment has been delivered in good order.
